Provided administrative support to the Director/Pastor of the community job program; assisted in instructing clients on how to write resumes, search for jobs, interview techniques through mock interviews. Reformatted and proofread resumes prior to submission to Employers; ensured correction of grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and format errors. Communicated with businesses through sourcing for open positions for job program clients; conducted pre-employment reference checks; assisted team instructors with pre-employment paperwork for their clients; designed candidates test assessments; and documented test scores in computer tracking system.
